We use only the best ingredients here at Wedding Cakes by Alana all our eggs are free range, creamy butter and preserves. All of our iced cakes are coated in a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache before been covered in fondant.

All of our regular cakes contain Gluten (wheat), Dairy, Egg and may contain nuts or traces of nuts. We are able to make Gluten free cakes for customers with a Gluten intolerance but not a Gluten allergy, as out kitchen is not a certified allergy free work space. We also do not cater for eggless or dairy free.
